Another misadventure starring Philadelphia's super-hero quartet Threshold. In part one of this two-part series, The Stamp Collector is born. A mysterious, magical entity, The Stamp Collector attempts to fill the pages of his coveted stamp album, but to what purpose?

This issue also introduces The New York Super-Hero Syndicate, a corporate super-hero team operating out of the big apple. If Threshold fail to save the day, as they most certainly will, will the NYSS travel to Philadelphia to save the fair city?
